Autoclave water. On tap.

The VistaPure system has a unique design that combines several technologies using multiple stages to produce the highest purity product water with a total dissolved solids (TDS) reading of at or near zero (000).

The first stage is a prefilter that removes sediment, chlorine, chloramines, trihalomethanes and other contaminants by physical filtration, absorption and adsorption.

Next is the hyper filtration stage where pressure forces the water through a semi permeable membrane, removing contaminants at the molecular level. Impurities such as nitrates, sulfates, heavy metals, sodium, calcium and approximately 95% of other water contaminants are removed and rinsed away from the membrane and down the drain.

The water is then sent to a cartridge that contains both cationic and anionic resins for removing any remaining contaminants by a deionization process.

The final stage is a polishing filter. The finished water is then sent to a 2.7 gallon storage reservoir where it is easily dispensed for use.

Double Tank Installation Guide

A captive air tank stores up to 2.7 gallons of ultra pure water for delivering an instant supply of either distilled-quality water to the autoclave wand or non-corrosive quality water to the bottle faucet.

A squeeze of the trigger on the unique autoclave wand replaces heavy and messy water jugs for filling autoclaves and steam sterilizers with distilled-quality water. A retractable 3/8" coil and holder allow for quick use and storage.
For bottle system users, a lead-free faucet mounts on or near the sink deck and provides non-corrosive water for the use with independent bottle systems.
A certified air gap drain for 1.5" drain pipe is included with each system. Other drain configurations are available that may be preferred in certain situations.
A handheld TDS meter is provided for checking the quality of the city water supply. It can also be used to double-check the water quality against the system-mounted TDS monitor.
